Anyone think these vigils are somewhat odd? It's like holding a vigil for Mr. Beast or Pewdipie or Rogan. I don't have a problem with whatever as long as it doesn't incite further political violence. I'm just saying, a podcaster. There were several in my metro area, and I would bet the majority of attendees might know who he was but never listened to a minute of his "show."

Makes me wonder, and has probably been discussed here before, how many right-wing politicians and influencers don't subscribe to the ideology but found their cash cow to milk for as long as they can. That is, it's a grift not unlike many other things.Bono Nettencourt wrote: ↑Mon Sep 15, 2025 4:12 amCultists gonna cult... and he never gave a rat's ass about any of them unless they sent him money.Hatchets Molly wrote: ↑Mon Sep 15, 2025 3:46 am Anyone think these vigils are somewhat odd? I'm also finding it interesting that the gov of Utah is now saying "extreme leftist ideology" solely based on speaking with friends and family (who probably want to create distance between their right wing ideologies and this mess) PLUS the inscriptions on the casings (which were already in the news as his form of a joke). Why the hell don't they shut up until they have real evidence of a motive rather than unreliable stories? Rhetorical.

I think we should all move on.
Trump has already moved on, and wants to concentrate on his spiffy new ballroom.
Oh, and he'll ignore the Russian drones buzzing over Romania and Poland . . . for now.

Trumpie maneuvers: Taking paraphrased Charlie Kirk quotations and claiming "he never said that" when it's obviously the exact same thought and sentiment.
They're also very convinced that this wholesome young right wing murderer was somehow possessed by woke influence online. Because no way he was just an idiotic Trumpie gun nut.
Finger pointing a gogo.

I miss the days of sane conservatives. The lunatics that have taken over the GOP are absolutely bat shit crazy. The truth means absolutely nothing to these people. They are a disgraceful sick bunch of people that should be nowhere near the levers of power.

I don't know...I think you're closer to the truth than most people would like to believe.TravisBicklesMohawk wrote: ↑Fri Sep 12, 2025 3:41 am Yawn.
Two weeks from now, we won't even be talking about this guy.
BTW . . . Trump wants a civil war, so he had Kirk killed. Kirk finally caved and wanted the Epstein docs released, and Trump will kill anybody who suggests such a thing, so the deed had to be done.
Watch Horseface Green quickly back track and support Trump in the coming weeks. Guaranteed!
Also, Putin has videos of him violating little girls, so Trump has to lick his ass as well.
And please, as crazy as it sounds, Trump is a lunatic. Look at what he did on January 6. I'm not saying all of this is 100% truth, but there is definitely more than enough evidence to support if you pay attention.
Also, this woman was fired conveniently before Kirk's assassination:
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/articl ... ation.html
Trump also had his wife killed too. I think her final resting place pretty much proves that as well.
Anyway, Happy Friday, and please feel free to call bullshit on any of the above claims. I welcome the debate.![]()
We know trump is a lunatic. But we also know he's an idiot. Being in some middle stage of dementia, isn't helping his situation.
I certainly don't think he is above having people killed. Case in point, his "assassination" attempt in PA. I 100% believe that was staged.

Re: Fellow Rockers, what are your thoughts on this tragedy?
Lovely side aspect to all this:
People who speak their minds about Charlie Kirk and the disgusting things he espoused are being fired from their jobs! I don't think it's out of line to say that Kirk was a horrible influence on people, that he contributed heavily to the abject state of our government and that he supported racism, sexism, fascism, xenophobia, etc. Maybe these people who feel they need to control the thoughts of their employees should be doxxed themselves. I know I personally will boycott against them and encourage others to do so as much as I can muster.
Kirk was allowed to say awful things because of free speech rights. But obviously it's "for me and not for thee".
I'm getting tired of this shit.

So we can all talk about what a shithead Charlie Kirk was? And you're fine with that? Free speech and all, right?Jason Jennifer Leigh wrote: ↑Fri Sep 12, 2025 11:19 pm Another political thread?
Can we get a political board for this shit?
I’m not even going to try to catch up 4 pages deep.
In America we should be able to say what we want without being killed, maybe a punch to the nose … not a bullet to the neck.
These video games have turned all these pussies into snipers because they’re afraid to get punched in the nose, they can actually hit a target without ever touching a gun before. “Experts” warned us many years ago about the video games.
And don’t drink bottled water.
There is a political board, but you're all too dense to engage in it.
So I'll decide what stays where. And for now, this stays here.
I believe you had some comments in the other threads. Care to reiterate that here?

Rush Limbaugh was dead and forgotten in about two weeks.
