ESPN is reporting that twins 1b morneau has been ruled out for the entire post season.
Yankees have not announced their starters for this series.
Last night MLB Network suggested a 3-man rotation C.C., Hughes, Pettitte.

The twins have already announced a four-man rotation for the division series: LHP Francisco Liriano, RHP Carl Pavano, LHP Brian Duensing and RHP Nick Blackburn

I think that's right. Except I have Tampa over Texas. Aside from Cliff Lee I don't see anything in the Rangers rotation that Tampa couldn't handle.

When it comes down to making decisions, the 4th starter must be A.J. because the 5th starter is Javy Vasquez or Moseley.
By default, A.J. has to be #4 on the depth chart.

Yankees hitters caught up to liriano in the 6th.
Huge 2-run triple by Granderson for the 4-3 lead.
Then a HUGE Home Run by Tex to take the lead for good.
Robertson made a huge pitch to thome for strike 3 with runners on.
Mo goes 1 1/3 for the save.

As for "reliving" it. What has to really suck, is that they ended up winning the series. When I see replays of the Boone HR, I'm left with the warm feeling that Josh Beckett had other plans for them .

So they can have the AL. They weren't the better team, and Clemens ( once again ) got his ass handed to him when it mattered most.

to be fair, i am opposed to using replay for balls and strikes. no chance.
the call that went against pavano, for Berkman should have been a strike.
the umpire blew the call and Berkman took advantage.

if you are referring to the stolen base by posey that really should have not been a steal, now that call could have easily been reversed with the use of replay.

Selig is a moron.
He is betting the game will NOT feature any controversial calls during the playoffs.
