Around $399 new. You could pop in minibuckers with the mounting ring.

$49 more, FUGLY headstock, plain dots instead of block inlays, no binding - you could always do the same with the Phoenix as far as custom mounting rings for the mini hums. But if you like the Eastwood, that's why they make different brands!Captain Morgan wrote:http://www.eastwoodguitars.com/GTRs/sto ... rd_frm.htmwattage13 wrote:Man if that ESP Phoenix had minihums I'd be all over it

I REALLY wish Epiphone or somebody would come out with a cut-rate non-reverse...you're kinda stuck with Eastwood if you want one under a grand...lerxstcat wrote:$49 more, FUGLY headstock, plain dots instead of block inlays, no binding - you could always do the same with the Phoenix as far as custom mounting rings for the mini hums. Yeah, that was my first thought. Very easy to put mini hums in there. The Phoenix is way better looking than that Eastwood.lerxstcat wrote:$49 more, FUGLY headstock, plain dots instead of block inlays, no binding - you could always do the same with the Phoenix as far as custom mounting rings for the mini hums. Sounds exactly like Australian retailers.... Our dollar is about the same as the US, yet we still pay sometimes more than double the price you guys pay for the same stuff....exitflagger wrote:Why is it that the firm price at all guitar shops for a set of Grover rotomatics is 70 bucks (if not 80) and you can get a brand new set online for 38 with free shipping? How in the hell can they justify that kind of mark-up? I can understand a certain percentage but almost double the price? WTF?
They usually do 100% or more markup on anything under a certain cost point. That is an outmoded idea in today's economy but on some things they are slow to change. And they'll probably keep the same set for a couple of years until they figure that out. I recall putting Grovers on my Les Paul back in the dasy because they were the same performance (18:1 ratio) as Schallers but way cheaper. But they were about $35 back then, which is still more expensive than the $70 current price when you figure inflation (it was February 1978).exitflagger wrote:Why is it that the firm price at all guitar shops for a set of Grover rotomatics is 70 bucks (if not 80) and you can get a brand new set online for 38 with free shipping? If y'all are talking about that Floyde-routed LP body with the hockey stick headstock, it looks like a knockoff of the Schon guitars that Neal Schon had Jackson build for him.ElToro wrote:This was just a goofy project I found, gave to him and he decided to sell.
