You meant Matt Flynn, didn't you?

Dare I say there was probably another former Colt that would be considered the best free agent pick up....

 yeah, pretty much. From Tim Tebow's miracle run to Peyton Manning and legitimate Super Bowl contention. I'd call that a bit of an upgrade. I'm sure LAtebowworshipper might disagree.

Interesting move. Cameron has definitely cost them wins with his bizarre at times play calling. He had Ray Rice on his team, but sometimes seemed determined to turn Joe Flacco into Warren Moon.

I'm gonna laugh if Wilson takes rookie of the year. The man is breaking rookie records all over the place too.

His stat line reads like the worst parts of both Luck's and Griffin's. I don't think he's legitimately in the conversation.

Of course manning is having a fabulous year.

Still garçon is turning out to be a great pickup for the Skins. I actually had some worries about him - according to the drop stats his hands were suspect. But hes been rock solid so far.

Once he finally got on the field, he's been very solid, but calling him the best free agent pick up is comparable to Pinhead13's calling Luck the MVP.

Currently Dallas is seeded #8 in the playoff race.
Could be as high as #7, but the loss to the Skins gives
Washington the tie breaker.
Dallas plays Wash again in a few weeks.

Maybe Garcon can drop about 20 third down passes, and maybe Dallas can get a few first downs off of phantom dirty hit penalties on receivers. Maybe. I'm guessing not though.

It will be the perfect ending to the Lions season if Calvin Johnson comes up seven points shy of breaking Jerry Rices record.

Adrian Peterson > Calvin Johnson + Matt Stafford.

i'll be the first to admit the ref blew that call against Dez Bryant.
the hit was legal and there was nothing else the defender could have done
on that play.

as for the numerous dropped balls by the Cindy wr's, well that's on them.
if Cincy would have caught one or two of those passes, they win the game by at least 10 points.

I hate the Lions due to their coach and Suh, primarily. Why the hate for Johnson. Dude goes out and does his job and doesn't act like a punk.

Well yeah, that was kind of the point. That blown call didn't have much impact on the outcome, but that was one of the worst calls Ive seen. It was a text book legal hit. It seems like any time a guy gets hit hard, legal or not, it draws a flag these days. If they're going to continue with these phantom hit penalties, they need to make them reviewable.

No hate for Johnson. I was just acknowledging how close to winning games the Lions have been all year but failing to get the job done. The second comment was just a little nod to neversurrender, and how his beloved Vikings have won more games than one of the best QB, WR combinations in the NFL.

If Johnson was a Patriot, I would swing from the sack like PeePee from Luck.

I agree. The play should be reviewable.
That play kept the drive alive for Dallas. I think it was 3rd and 20 when
that pass was thrown.
Would have been 4th and 20 and that comeback would have been that much more difficult.

So frustrating because the t.v. technology is there, but the NFL refuses to implement the correct rules that allows the ref's a 2nd chance to get any call correct.

Dallas ended up punting on the next series of downs, so it didn't have a huge impact other than altering field position by a few yards and eating a little clock, but otherwise, I agree. The league doesn't want too many things reviewed because it slows the game, but 15 yard bullshit penalties can change the outcome. It's worth the extra time to make sure it's the correct call. There are way too many bullshit PI penalties this season as well. All a QB has to do is air it out deep and odds are he's going to get a flag for either PI or defensive holding. Those should be reviewed too.

makes a lot of sense to get the call right, but the league is in love with the pace of the game. that has a much higher priority.
what could speed up the game is less commercials on t.v.
there is a commercial after a score and followed by another commercial after the kick-off. LAME!!!

that is all good and well.
would be nice for the NFL to admit that their games run long
because of the commercial breaks.
instead the NFL wants to point the finger at replay for the long running
games.
limiting a coach to a pre-determined level of challenges, etc...that is such b.s.
get the call right from the opening kick off through the final whistle.

I don't think the NFL has any control over how many commercials the networks run. I'm sure it's agreed upon in their contract, but with the NFL pushing for higher and higher contracts, the networks are going to be pushing for more time to shill stuff.

Actually, I have not heard one person, other than Levy, say that Garcon even comes close to being the best free agent pick up. On the other hand, plenty of people have said Luck should be MVP, including someone who actually has a VOTE in the matter.

RG3 has Grade 1 sprain of LCL

Standard treatment includes:
Crutches may be necessary if muscle weakness and guarding are great.
A knee brace may be helpful temporarily.
Ice application frequently repeated for periods of 20-30 minutes, repeated 3-4 times per day (see caution below).
Physical therapy may be helpful to diminish swelling and encourage return of full motion.
Safe, strengthening activities, such as biking, should be performed daily as soon as pain permits.
Anti-inflammatory medication for 1-2 weeks (e.g. Diclofenac/Voltaren or Ibuprofen/Motrin).
Weight training may be required for full recovery of strength.
Functional testing and a running program should precede return to sport.
Alternative treatments include hydrotherapy, limb massage and nutritional therapy.
